Roasted Garlic and Wild Mushroom Cheesecake



Ingredients

1/2 cup butter crackers, crushed
1 pound Philly cream cheese
1 Tbls lemon juice
2 large eggs
1 packet (1 oz) Roasted Garlic & Wild Mushroom blend
1 cup smoked swiss cheese, shredded

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Spray 6" spring-pan with cooking spray.  Pour butter crumbs into pan, swirl to coat bottom and sides evenly.
Blend cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth.  Add eggs one at a time.  Add spice blend, mixing thoroughly.  Fold in swiss cheese.  Pout into prepared pan and bake for 45-55 minutes.  Let cool and serve at room temperature with crackers.  Enjoy!
