1/2 cup butter crumbs, crushed
1 and 1/2 pound Philly cream cheese
1 teas lemon juice
2 large eggs
1 tbls honey
2 teas soy sauce
1 packet (1 oz) Szechuan Seasoning
Preheat over to 325 degrees. Spray 6" spring-pan with cooking spray. Pour butter crumbs into pan, swirl to evenly coat bottom and sides.
Blend cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Add honey and soy sauce, then Szechuan seasoning, mix thoroughly. Pout into prepared pan and bake for 45-55 minutes. Let cool and serve at room temperature with crackers. Enjoy!
