Grilled Tuscan Pork Loin



Ingredients

 

balsamic vinegar

red wine

fresh garlic cloves

pork loin

one of the following rubs:

 

Spice Merchants Tuscan Blend

OR

 

dried oregano (Greek)

dried basil

dried thyme

dried rosemary

salt

Preparation

1. Mix vinegar and wine together and inject into the pork loin. (More wine)

2. Cut small slits in the meat and press in garlic cloves.

3. Rub the pork lightly with the Tuscan Blend or sprinkle heavily with the dried herb mixture.

4. Sear over hot gas grill burner or hot charcoal briquettes.

5. Cook over indirect heat (no higher than 350 degrees) until desired doneness.
