1/2 cup P.B.Loco European Café Mocha, Sumatra Cinnamon & Raisin, or Sun-Ripened Apricot Peanut Butter
2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teapoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation: Cream the butter and sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat well. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 2 cups flour. Spread into a 9x13 pan. Mix 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Sprinkle over batter in pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
