Blend cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
Blend the Matcha tea into the heavy cream and mix well. This may take some patience!
Add the flavored cream to the cream cheese mixture and mix to combine.
Have prepared a 7" spring form pan sprayed with cooking spray and a thickly pressed mixture of vanilla (or chocolate) cookie crumbs and butter on the bottom of the pan.
Pour mixture into the springform pan. Center the cheesecake on an oven safe pan with high edges. Pour water around the cheesecake until you reach about 1 inch.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until sides are set.
Let cool and refrigerate overnight before serving.
Serve the prepared cake with fresh fruit, animal crackers or vanilla wafers.
