This class is all about salts and peppers, when and how to use them and the various tastes they import. Using a variety of fresh vegetables you will sample salts from the Hawaiian Islands to the Himalayas. Not to leave out pepper we will also be tasting the different peppercorns. This class is located right down the hall from our Ann Arbor store at Hollanders Cooking School.
